Format

  • 16 Players to play each other in a Round Robin over 5 Thursday nights
  • Players will play 3 matches per night, all maches are 7 frames
  • Players will receive 1 point for every frame they win

At the completion of the Round Robin the top 8 players will qualify for Finals.

Finals to be played out in AFL format with the top 4 players having a double chance

All matches to be best of 21 frames throughout Finals series

Additional Information

Matches start at 7.30pm each Thursday

All players to wear dress pants, dress shoes and collared T-shirt

Players who finish on equal points at the completion of the Round Robin will play a best of 3 play off to determine their position

At the completion of the Round Robin the top 12 players will retain there spot in the Super16 for the following year. The bottom 4 players can play in a qualifying tournament along with any other players interested in qualifying for the League.

The total prize pool is $5,300

Winner $2,300

Ru-up $1,300

Semi Finals $600

Finishing on top after round robin stage $500

The winner of this event will also earn a position in the 2013 Australian Singles Championships to be held in Perth in October
