What is Pool Plus for Kids?
The WA Eightball Federation proudly supports and encourages improvement in its junior eightball players and has an established 'POOL PLUS FOR KIDS' program. Each year, the Federation offers a 12 week 'coaching' program for players under 18 years of age where they learn the finer points about the game, the rules, as well as have the opportunity to develop their skills.
Coaching is provided by some of Western Australia - and even Australia's best players. All coaches and representatives are police cleared and work very professionally with kids.
When is Pool Plus for Kids offered?
This is an annual skills development program. In 2010, the Pool Plus for Kids program commences in August and will run each Saturday for 12 weeks. It starts at 9.30 and finishes at noon.
Where is Pool Plus for Kids held?
The WA Eightball Federation has recently moved its headquarters to the Limited Editions Pool & Snooker Centre. This central venue, located at 164 Alexander Drive, Dianella offers the highest quality pool tables, a family and children friendly atmosphere, meals and drinks at reasonable prices, and lots of tables and chairs for spectators.
How much does it cost?
Well, it's pretty cheap compared to other sports where kids receive specialised training - Pool Plus for Kids only costs $5 per week !
What do I get for my money?
You'll get specialised training by elite eightball players.
You will also receive an official development squad t-shirt - imagine showing this off to ya friends at school or you can hang it up in your trophy room !!
